For 53 years I have helped potential customers enter into the frozen dessert business. Specifically old fashioned hard ice cream, Italian ices (water ice, sorbet, sorbeto), dairy free frozen desserts, sugar free frozen desserts and more. My Father before me and my Grandfather Emery Thompson also had the same career path. We all had one goal in mind: To assist the average man or woman to become financially successful by making and selling frozen desserts. Virtually every ice cream in the supermarket today had it's roots in a small independent business that grew and grew. Ruven Mattus - not far from our Bronx factory - began with one Emery Thompson batch freezer and the rest is history. Same story with Ben and Jerry's, Bluebell, Breyers, Hershey, Tillamook and my over 40,000 customers in 127 countries worldwide.
Today I am focused on helping Police, Fire, Medical and Military to start up their own small businesses. These men and women are the cream of the crop of our American society and it is my honor to work for them for FREE.
